Sterilising the refrigerated trucks and containers in which food is transported has never been satisfactorily tackled in the past owing to the complications of getting conventional disinfectants into all the nooks and crannies, and because chemical washes often leave dangerous residues which then contaminate food

The compact Ozogen generator introduces measured amounts of Ozone into the refrigerated container or trailor where it destroys fungi and bacteria, including listeria and salmonella, without affecting the food.
